reflection and summary
In unit three, we learned how to properly letter. I met the course standard of unit 3 because I learned how to demonstrate proper lettering techniques. The process of writing very straight and neat took a long time to get the hang of. I also could not feel my hand by the end of the class because I was writing so hard. This skill is very important in real life because architects have to have a single, uniform way of writing. This gives a way for them to do that and it is used very often. I hope that I do not have to use this particular skill in the future just because it is such a tedious task. However, if I decide to become an architect in the future, it was very necessary to learn this skill now so that I will have experience and practice with it. In terms of the school year, it was not my favorite unit, but it was still a very critical part in the curriculum.
